Fluid Inventory Control System - Includes keypad unit, junction wiring box, 6' connection cable (not shown), pulse meter, 1/2" fluid solenoid valve, ready light assembly and 1/2" union adapter. Handles one product to one dispensing point. Expandable to handle up to twelve dispensing points by ordering additional TIM-2000-1 add-on station kits. Can be connected to an air solenoid safety kit (order separately). Control console can be wall mounted using built-in mounting feature. Requires either TIM-2000-4 or TIM-2000-4A pressure relief kit (order separately).

Add-On Station Kit - For adding additional dispensing stations to the control console. Includes 3000 PSI 1/2" fluid solenoid valve with inlet filter, 1/2" union adapter and ready light assembly.

1/4" Air Solenoid Safety Kit - For pumps with 1/4" air inlets. Shuts off air flow to the pump when fluid inventory control system is inactive. Helps prevent potential oil spills. Must be connected to junction wiring box.

1/2" Air Solenoid Safety Kit - For pumps with 1/2" air inlets. Shuts off air flow to the pump when fluid inventory control system is inactive. Helps prevent potential oil spills. Must be connected to junction wiring box.

Wire Spool - 500' spool of 2-conductor 22-gauge wire.

600 PSI Pressure Relief Kit - Relieves pressure build-up in the fluid line due to thermal expansion. Must be plumbed back to oil supply tank. Use on 3:1 and 5:1 pumps. A pressure relief kit is required on all TIM-2002 fluid inventory control systems.

900 PSI. Pressure Relief Kit - Relieves pressure build-up in the fluid line due to thermal expansion. Must be plumbed back to oil supply tank. Use on pumps with ratios above 5:1. A pressure relief kit is required on all TIM-2002 fluid inventory control systems.

Replacement Pulse Meter - 1000 PSI maximum working pressure, 1/2" NPT (F). (Big ALEC III and Big ALEC IV F.I.C. systems only. Not for use with antifreeze.)

1/2" Y-Strainer - 600 PSI maximum working pressure @ 100°F. Used for keeping contaminants out of the system.

6' Connector Cable - Used to connect the keypad unit to the wiring junction box. Cables can be connected together for runs up to 30'.

10' Connector Cable - Used to connect the keypad unit to the wiring junction box. Cables can be connected together for runs up to 30'.

Pulse Meter - 1000 PSI maximum working pressure, 1/2" NPT (F). 40 pulse per gallon old style mechanical pulse meter for older Big ALEC and Little ALEC systems. Will also work on many competitive systems which use mechanical pulse meters. Handles antifreeze and antifreeze solutions as well as oils. Should be used in place of standard pulse meter when pumping antifreeze.

Oil Bar Adapter Kit - For connecting fluid dispensing system solenoid valve to an oil bar. Use one kit per outlet.

Keypad and Power Unit - Controls up to 4 dispense points. Can control up to 12 dispense points by adding (2) TIM-2100-EXP expansion power units. Up to 32 keypads can be used in a system. The power units are networked to each other and the last power unit is then connected to the PC. Keypads enable operators to input their pass code, job number, select the product and either manually enter or use a preset quantity to be dispensed. Requires 110 VAC. Minimum (1) per system required.

Add-On Power Unit - Adds up to 4 dispensing points to the TIM-2100.

MCO Communication Software and Serial Port Adapter - Requires dedicated PC with available serial port running  Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 2000 or XP. Enables the administrator to control and program the system from the PC. Allows programming of passwords, logging of all transactions, tank level monitoring and printing of custom reports. Also allows for administrator to log fluid delivery receipts for products on the system. Minimum (1) per system required.

Dispense Assembly (single valve) - Unit incorporates (1) solenoid valve, pulse meter and fluid filter into a single component. Specially designed removable bracket allows for easy wall or ceiling mount installation. 1/2" NPT (F) inlet/outlet. 1000 PSI max working pressure. Order either (1) TIM-2100-V1 or (1) TIM-2100-V2 per dispensing point. Not for use with antifreeze.

Dispense assembly (dual-valve). Two-valve system allows for the utmost accuracy. Both valves remain open until the final 5% of the dispense, at which point the first valve closes and the second valve "trickles" the flow until the preset amount is reached. Unit incorporates (2) solenoid valves, pulse meter and fluid filter into a single component. Specially designed removable bracket allows for easy wall or ceiling mount installation. 1/2" NPT (F) inlet/outlet. 1000 PSI max working pressure. Order either (1) TIM-2100-V1 or (1) TIM-2100-V2 per dispensing point. Not for use with antifreeze.

Optional LED Display - 4" LED numeric display shows the amount being dispensed. Order (1) per keypad if desired.

24-Conductor Shielded Wire - Used to connect the power unit to the keypad and also used to connect the power unit to the expander units. 100' maximum run length (with this gauge wire).

8-Conductor Shielded Wire - Used to connect the power unit to the dispense assembly. 50' maximum run length (with this gauge wire).

2-Conductor Shielded Wire - Used to "daisy chain" the power units to each other, with the final connection leading to the PC containing the MCO software.  1650' maximum run length (with this gauge wire).
