Band-type dolly with four swivel-type cast iron casters. It is a cast iron wheel riding on a steel axle without the ball bearings, but it does have ball bearings on the upper side for swiveling. Drum rests on crossed bands at bottom of dolly. Maximum rated capacity 550 pounds. The surface finish is black paint.
